The remastered games will include updated character and environment visuals, improved animation with facial mo-cap performances, and engine and lighting upgrades.

Life Is Strange followed teenager Max Caulfield, as she navigated a high school mystery (and a possible apocalypse) using time reversal powers. In our Life Is Strange review we criticised the game’s dialogue and acting, but said it finished with “a fascinating exploration of a teenager deeply affected by loss, trauma, suffering, and failure.”

Prequel spin-off Before the Storm told the story of Max’s  troubled friend Chloe Price. Our review said that it had a “a strong single theme that’s delivered well in a story that isn’t afraid to get in a few punches.”
